We’re bringing together a select group of professionals from across the construction sector for an afternoon focused on networking, relationships, and collaboration.

​

Hosted by Bridgestaff Group, this event is designed to create genuine conversations between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals in a relaxed setting away from site.

​

The day will begin with pre-event networking from 11am, followed by an Americano-style padel tournament from 12pm–2pm. From 2pm onwards, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy food, drinks, and a live Q&A session with members of the Bridgestaff team discussing the importance of teamwork, culture, accountability, and relationships, both in professional sport and within the construction industry.

This event is also being used to support an important cause. Entry will be a £100 donation per pair, with all proceeds going to a mental health charity Tidy Butt, helping support mental health services and awareness across Wales.

Mental health is a conversation that continues to grow in importance across construction and industry. Long hours, pressure, uncertainty, and demanding environments can take their toll, which is why supporting organisations like Tidy Butt matters to us and the wider industry.
